These terms govern your use of WRKS Studio (“WRKS,” “we,” “us”), a product operated by SlightWrks. By creating an account you agree to them.
What WRKS is
WRKS Studio is an AI-powered tool that helps founders draft websites, copy, and creative images for their business. You provide your brand context; we generate work in your voice and store it for you to edit, publish, and export.
Your account
You need to be at least 16 and legally able to enter a contract to use WRKS. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. One account per person; don’t share logins.
What you can do
You can use WRKS to build sites, generate copy, produce creatives, and publish that work under your own brand. You own the output. We’ll never claim your generated content or use it to train models.
What you can’t do
- Use WRKS to create content that’s illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone else’s IP
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack our infrastructure
- Resell WRKS itself as a product (you can absolutely resell services delivered using WRKS output)
- Impersonate someone else’s brand or business through the product
- Use the product for high-risk applications (medical diagnosis, legal advice given verbatim, safety-critical systems) — we’re a marketing + branding tool, not a compliance system
Violating these can get your account suspended. Serious or repeated violations end the account.
AI-generated content
The AI is your assistant, not your oracle. Everything WRKS generates should be reviewed by you before you ship or publish it. LLMs occasionally produce factual errors, biased phrasing, or copy that overlaps with existing published work. You’re responsible for the final version you publish under your name.
We use Anthropic (Claude) for text/copy generation and Replicate (OpenAI GPT Image 2) for image generation. Their model outputs may reflect biases present in their training data. Review before publishing.
Payment and billing
WRKS may charge subscription fees or usage-based charges for specific pillars (image generation, voice agent minutes, etc.). Pricing is disclosed in-product before any charge. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We’ll email you before any recurring renewal.
Content ownership
Your content stays yours. Any brand info, uploads, copy, sites, or images you produce through WRKS belong to you (or your business). We only hold a limited license to store, process, and display that content within the product so we can deliver the service to you.
Our platform stays ours. The WRKS software, design, brand, templates, and infrastructure are our intellectual property. You’re licensed to use them via your subscription; you don’t own them.
Published sites
Sites you publish through WRKS are served under our subdomain (yourbrand.wrksstudio.com) or your custom domain. You’re responsible for the content, claims, and compliance of anything you publish. If a hosted site violates these terms or applicable law we may unpublish it.
Third-party services
WRKS integrates with third-party providers (Clerk, Supabase, Anthropic, Replicate, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Google, and others). Their terms also apply to your use of those integrations. We don’t control third-party outages.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from settings. We can suspend or end your account for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice. On termination we delete your data within 30 days except for records we’re legally required to retain.
Warranties and liability
The product is provided “as-is.” We do our best to keep it working and to protect your data, but we can’t promise uptime, error-free generation, or that specific business outcomes will result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at what you’ve paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Changes to these terms
When we make material changes we’ll email registered users and update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use means you accept the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SlightWrks is registered. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction’s courts.
